What is a refurbished item?Refurbished items have been restored to original condition by the manufacturer. Because they
were gently used, these products are offered at a lower price than new models. It saves you
money and it’s for the environment!
Did my login information change when you changed the name to IGIA?Rest assured, even though we changed our name and the website has a slightly different
look, your username and password have not been changed. If you ever forget your password,
simply click the Log in link at the top of the page, and then the
“Forgot your password” link on the Log In screen and you can easily reset it.
How do I place an order if my address can’t be verified?
We use USPS to verify all shipping addresses to ensure proper delivery for our customers. We suggest that you enter the address as reflected in the USPS website (Zip Lookup). To look your address up with USPS,
please visit https://tools.usps.com/go/ZipLookupAction!input.action?mode=0&refresh=true.
Once you have verified your address, please attempt to place your order again, making sure that you enter your address exactly as it appears with USPS. If your address cannot be validated from the USPS website, this means that they do not provide service to your area and, regretfully, that we are unable to deliver merchandise to you. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Does IGIA offer warranties?
The products are sold and delivered to you “as is” with no warranty whatsoever.
Except as expressly stated otherwise in this sections, we make no express warranties or representations and we disclaim all implied warranties and representations, including, without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non or a product sold with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for information about your warranty.
My order says it was delivered but I never received it.Please contact your local post office to determine if they are holding the package for you. We also recommend checking with your neighbors to verify it was not delivered to them while you were out. If you are still unable to locate your package, please email customercare@IGIA.com and our Custom Care team will promptly assist you.
There was no packing slip or receipt with my order, how do I return it?Please contact our customer care team at customercare@IGIA.com and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization along with instructions to return your item.
How do I close or delete my account?We value your business and would be sorry to see you go. If you wish to close your account, please email customercare@IGIA.com and our Custom Care team will promptly assist you.

What is the mailing address to return a product?Each product can have a different return address. To return a product,
please contact our customer Service.
How can I see my orders?First, log in to your IGIA Account. Then click on your name at the top of
the page to see your account. From there, the menu on the right will have several options.
Click on Order History to see all your in-demand products and all your old purchases. Here is the

How can I access my IGIA Account?
If you are already a member you can access your account by clicking
on “Login” in the menu at the top of the screen. If you are a new user,
click “Register” to create an account.
In your account you will be able to see your current and previous orders in the section called
“Order History”. You can also track existing orders and manage or edit your personal data,
including your shipping/mailing address, phone numbers, email addresses, passwords.
What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Debit cards of the above mentioned brands are also accepted. Currently we do not
accept orders through phone
Where can I get the receipt of my purchase?We will always send you an email confirmation of the purchase made, which will serve as a receipt. However, if you do not have the email you can also go to My Accounts and view the details of your order.
